Custom Design

We will provide design concepts based on your ideas, which will include all of the necessary drafting and architectural design to fully prepare a set of working drawings.

Semi-Custom Design

You may choose to work with one of our prepared floor plans and elevations that closely meet your needs; however you may desire to make alterations to personalize the design to suit your needs. If you have a present design that you desire to work with, we are willing to evaluate them and make recommendations if needed to prepare your design to be submitted for building approval.

Site Selection

We can help locate a suitable building site for your project and negotiate on your behalf for acquisition or conditional site control.

Estimating

After arriving at an acceptable design, we will prepare a written preliminary estimate of cost to build your project.

Building Permits

We will submit your design to local building departments to seek all of the necessary building approvals in order obtain a building permit to construct your new custom home.

Construction Services

Once the project has been approved and issued a building permit, we will handle every facet of the construction to deliver your project within an estimated period of time.

• Light fixtures and many other customized selections from our in-house displays and catalogs.

We strive to offer enough variety in an effort to make choosing your selections convenient and simple. If you desire very particular and unique selections for your new home, we will work with you to locate and acquire these selections to meet your discriminating tastes!
