Derrick Thomas, a native of St. Louis began his real estate business in 1988 as a licensed Realtor. Soon after, he delved deeper into the real estate business by investing in rental property. Purchasing and renovating single and multi-family buildings for long term rentals became his modus operandi. Several years later he started a remodeling company offering construction services from kitchen and bath make-overs to whole house renovations. Later, a general contracting division was established to seek city government contracts to expand the company services.
